Opening Reception

Tuesday, June 26, 7pm - 9pm, Windsor Ballrooms
The ACC 2012 Opening Reception will be held off-site in the nearby Windsor Ballrooms, an elegant, historic landmark that has played host to numerous world dignitaries and celebrities. Eat, drink, and be merry! (But be sure to pick up your registration badge and reception ticket at the conference registration desk in the Fairmont Hotel first.)

Music Jam

Do you play a musical instrument and would you like to jam with some of your colleagues and friends? If so, come to out special music jam session on Wednesday, June 27. Please contact the Local Arrangements Chair for more details. Partners and family members are welcome!!

Awards Ceremony

All conference attendees are encouraged to attend the announcements of the annual AACC and ACC awards. Come celebrate accomplishments in our field!

Conference Banquet Lunch

Thursday, June 28, 1:00pm - 1:50pm, Grand Salon
The conference banquet will take place immediately after the Awards Ceremony. A banquet ticket is included with the registration packets for Members, Non-Member, and Student/Retiree registrants.

Closing Reception

Friday, June 29, 6:15pm - 8:30pm, Hotel Fairmont Ballroom
The ACC closing reception will be held at the beautiful Hotel Fairmont Ballroom. Please come celebrate with your friends and colleagues the closing of the first ACC outside the US.
